      通过多年的市场调研,根据市场需求,伊思特公司研制出了可适应各种恶劣采暖环境的第四代单导耐高温发热电缆。

      第四代单导耐高温发热电缆的指标远远高于国家标准,其意义在于:用普通发热电缆组成的电地暖在其上面不能用地毯作为装饰物,否则由于温度升高热量不出来引起发热电缆故障,最终导致发热电缆不制热。伊思特第四代耐高温发热电缆可大大延长在恶劣环境中的使用寿命。伊思特公司的破坏性实验数据如下:发热芯线140℃,地毯下面温度为100℃,地毯表面温度48℃,地毯厚度为10mm,实验时间为180天X24小时不间断连续通电,耐高温发热电缆仍在继续工作,而对照组实验的发热电缆在同等条件下覆盖地毯后通电11天就已经破坏,不再制热。

第四代单导耐高温发热电缆的结构


芯线:芯线为具有正电阻温度系数的金属合金丝组成,线性额定功率为18w/m。


绝缘层:绝缘层采用双层绝缘结构,绝缘层的质量好坏直接影响到发热电缆的使用寿命,伊思特耐高温发热电缆绝缘层通过反复实验,在140℃高温下不变形、不萎缩。


接地线:接地线由8根直径为0.4mm的镀锡金属丝组成。8根镀锡丝截面积为1.0048mm?,符合国际电工委员会IEC800规定的接地线不得小于1mm?的规定。


金属屏蔽层:在发热电缆的使用过程中,由于电流的作用,会在发热电缆周围形成电磁场,如果电磁场超过100微特斯拉就会对人体健康及其他电器产生影响。通过金属屏蔽层的有效保护,把电磁场控制在芯线内,使之不能向外扩散,再由接地线将电磁场引入大地,使发热电缆与大地形成等电位。通过测试,伊思特电地暖产生的电场强度是国家安全范值的1/1000(国家规定的电场强度是4000伏/m,伊思特实测数据为4伏/m);磁感应强度最高值为安全值的13%,最低值为安全值的6%(国家规定的磁感应强度是100微特斯拉,伊思特电磁暖实测数据为最高13微特斯拉,最低6微特斯拉),远远低于国家标准,高于国家安全规范,对人体无害,可放心使用。
